We’re super excited to bring your custom gift to life! Once your order is confirmed, just send us the files we need to start working on the design (if needed) to [email protected]. After that, you can make up to two changes to the artwork.

Production Time

Production time is about 1 weeks after we confirm the design with you. We’ll ship your order as soon as it’s ready — and it might basically less than two weeks if everything goes smoothly. Since each customized piece is unique, the required time may vary depending on the artwork — but it usually won’t exceed 25 business days.

If you’ve ordered more than one item, we’ll ship them all together once everything is done. If you need it sooner, expedited production and shipping are available upon request via [email protected]
